Interior vs exterior waterproofing
Interior manages water at the wall. Exterior keeps water off the wall. Barrie homes usually need one or the other.

Interior: collect and pump
We open the slab at the perimeter, set a drain, line the wall and pump the water out. It is faster, cheaper and kinder to landscaping. It is the right call for cove-joint leaks and finished basements you cannot empty for a week of excavation.
Exterior: stop it outside
We dig to the footing and rebuild the barrier. Best when the wall face is wet, the original membrane has failed, or you want the most complete reset. It takes longer and costs more because excavation is the job.
How we choose
Entry point, access, how long you plan to own the house, and whether the yard can take a trench. We will tell you if a cheaper interior system would only hide a wall that is still taking a beating.
